Activity, sessions and team usage

Activity

The Activity tab on Spend charts daily active sessions over the selected period. Look for:

• •Weekday rhythm - interactive, developer-driven usage
• •Flat, constant activity - automation or batch jobs worth reviewing
• •Sudden jumps - a new feature, a new team, or a runaway loop

Sessions

A session is a group of calls that share a session_id. The wrapper only sets one if you pass it (session_id="..."), so set it wherever a group of calls belongs together - a chat thread, an agent run, a batch job.

Who drives spend

To see spend per person, turn on the optional actor label (TOKEVEN_ACTOR) in the wrapper; the Team page then rolls cost up per organization member, matching actor labels to members. The actor label holds whatever you set it to - if you use an email address, that address is sent with each call (see Privacy architecture).
